Big bag powder packing machine

Use

A new packaging machine unit designed for large bags of powder materials in the powder industry. The unit has the functions of automatic weighing, automatic bagging, automatic filling, automatic package feeding, automatic sealing, etc. It can be linked with the back palletizing robot and other equipment to realize large-scale packaging and palletizing unmanned operations.

This machine is mainly developed and designed for ultrafine powder prone to dust and high-precision packaging requirements. It completes two-speed filling, metering and lifting according to the signals given by the weight sensor installed under the container. It is suitable for packaging additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultrafine powder, and powder with high-precision packaging requirements.

Performance characteristics

1, 10-25kg packaging, with a high capacity of 200-500 bags/hour. (Due to the bag material, different contents and different).

2, Paper bags, plastic bags, woven bags can be used. A sewing machine is used for sealing paper bags and woven bags. (As for the final specifications, please discuss).

3. The placement of empty bags shall be double confirmed by the detection device, and the discharge of products shall be stopped when the products are spilled or there is no bag.

4. The automatic bag feeding device is of horizontal unit type, each unit can store 100 bags (plastic bags), which is suitable for high-speed operation.
