1, Wide adaptability to packaging bags. The packaging machine adopts the bag-picking and bag-loading method, I .e. taking the bag from the bag-preparing warehouse, centering the bag, sending the bag forward, positioning the bag mouth, pre-opening the bag, inserting the knife of the bag-loading manipulator into the bag mouth, stretching the bag mouth to both sides, and finally loading the bag. This way of bag on the size of the bag manufacturing error and the quality of the bag itself is not high, thereby reducing the cost of bag making.

2. Two proximity switches are installed at the position of the clamping bag opening of the clamping bag blanking device to detect whether the bag opening of the packaging bag is completely clamped and whether the bag opening is completely opened. In order to ensure that the packaging machine does not misjudge, will not spill the material on the ground, improve the efficiency of the use of packaging machine and field operating environment.

3, The bag blanking device adopts a fully closed design, and at the same time adopts the separation technology of the blanking channel and the dust removal channel to reduce the overflow of dust to a greater extent.

4. The conveyor below the blanking port of the clip bag is equipped with a vibrating device. After blanking is completed, the bottom of the bag is slapped to discharge the gas in the material.

5. The parameter setting of the packaging machine is completed on the touch screen. The man-machine friendly touch screen operation interface can comprehensively monitor the running state of the whole machine, automatically display the fault and prompt the processing method, so that the maintenance personnel can handle the fault in the shortest time.

6, Solenoid valve and other pneumatic components and touch screen, weighing instrument and other precision products are sealed design, not bare installation, can be suitable for dust environment, so as to ensure that the equipment has a long life.
